Party Host Timeline and Information

Thank you for booking your party with us.  The timeline and information below will help ensure you and your guests have a great time. If you have any questions, please let one of our team members know.

Party timelines begin at the scheduled party start time. No additional party time will be given for parties arriving late.  Parties arriving more than 30 minutes past their scheduled start time may have their party space cancelled and lose the non-refundable party deposit.

1 – 10 Minutes: Guests arrive

10 – 20 Minutes:   A team member will go over painting guidelines with guests and guests will select their pottery pieces.

20 – 70 Minutes: Guests paint.  Staff will refill paints as needed and collect finger prints for party plate, when applicable.  All guest names will be written on the bottom of pieces by staff.

70 – 90 Minutes:  Cake and Celebration.  A team member will have your party total, minus your party deposit if applicable, ready for check out.

**Additional party time, when booked in advance, is $25 per half hour.  Additional party time may not be available if not pre booked.  Additional party time will be automatically charged in 30 minute increments beginning 15 minutes past the scheduled end time of your party. Please inquire with a team member.

Our staff will handle cleaning up all pottery, paints, brushes and tables.  A cart is available if you need it to transport presents.  An additional cleaning fee of $25 may be deducted from your party deposit to parties with excessive trash and cleaning needs.

Pottery pieces will be glazed and fired and ready to pick up one week from your party.  All pieces will be bagged TOGETHER for you to pick up. There is a $15 service fee for parties wishing to pick up items individually.

  • There is a sink at the front of the studio for hand washing.
  • Non painting guests are welcome, but may be asked to move from seats for painting guests. There is a charge of $8 per person for more than 4 non painting guests. We recommend drop off parties for birthday children 6 and over.
  • Please no confetti, silly string, loose balloons or piñatas in the studio.
  • No running in the studio. Party hosts are responsible for making sure party guests stay in the designated area and are not running around the studio effecting other guests in the building.
  • Party hosts are responsible for guest conduct and resulting breakage.
